Shooters Cut Ballistic Shield

Designed for tactical operations, the EDI-USA shooters cut ballistic shield is the tool of choice for law enforcement and security personnel who operate in high-risk environments.

Available in level III-A, III, III+ and IV ballistic resistance, the shooters cut ballistic shield includes a left and right rifle / pistol port to allow the user to rest their firearm and shoot & aim during tactical situations.

The EDI-USA shooters cut ballistic shield is available with or without a ballistic viewport window (also tested up to the level of the shield) and includes an ergonomic handle on the back for comfort and mobility.

Our ballistic shields are available in four (4) different ballistic levels, and a tactical specialist at EDI-USA can help discuss with you the right level for your needs.

III-A: Resists up to .44mag, including lower threats such as 9mm and .357 sig.

III: Resists up to 7.62 FMJ, including lower threats such as pistol / handgun threats.

III+: Resists up to 5.56 M885 Green Tip, including lower rifle threats such as 7.62 FMJ and pistol / handgun threats.

IV: Resists up to .30 AP, including lower rifle threats such as 7.62 FMJ and pistol / handgun threats. We normally suggest including a trolley with this level, as it is heavy to lift by hand.

All of the ballistic levels can also resist the same ballistic level on the shield’s ballistic window (viewport).

If required, a tactical light can be provided to mount on the front of the shield to help enhance the user’s vision during night operations.

This shield can be custom-designed in additional sizes upon request.
