Mine Clearance Toolkit
EDI’s 18-piece Mine Clearance Toolkit is designed for demining operations. It is mainly used to clean the surface of the mine-clearance operation area, and to mark hazard areas in the mine field.
The full kit weights 13 kg total.
Toolkit includes:
– Handheld pruning shears (SK5 steel)
– Handheld multifunction shears
– Grass trimmers (high-carbon steel)
– Anvil loppers (45 cm L, 1.5 kg)
– Handsaw
– Handheld metal file (1.4 cm W × 20 cm L)
– Hammer (high-carbon steel, 28 cm long, hammerhead 10.5 cm across, 1.22kg)
– Two (2) dusting brushes (2” wide and 4” wide, solid wood handles)
– Two (2) spades (one stainless steel, one carbon steel)
– Insulating gloves (rubber)
– Twenty (20) mine marking signs (6 cm W × 9 cm H, red and yellow)
– One pair of kneepads
– Magnet w/ handle
– Tape measure, self-locking (5 m maximum length, 19 mm wide)
