Rifle-Resistant Ballistic Helmet (MICH Style)

The EDI-USA^® MICH (ACH) Rifle-Resistant Ballistic Helmet is an ideal choice for comprehensive ballistic head protection against rifle threats. It is a state-of-the-art ballistic helmet tested to resist up to one (1) shot of 7.62x51mm (149g) M80 FMJ rifle round.

Newly developed for use in high-risk operations, including for sniper protection, this helmet helps keep users protected when exposed to rifle threats and other firearm threats exceeding handguns.

Weighing only 4.4 lbs (2.0kg, for size L) without the need for extra covers or rifle plates, this helmet is fully integrated with EDI’s proprietary technology. The shell thickness is only 0.5” thick (12.5mm), for comfortable compatibility with any headgear, communications devices, or other equipment.

Designed in the standard MICH ACH style, with ear protection, and an inner ratchet knob system for full head adjustment, this helmet is lightweight, comfortable, and will help keep users safe in high-risk operations.

EDI’s Rifle Resistant MICH ACH Helmet comes in three (3) sizes and is available in multiple colors. Side picatinny rails and front mounts are also available upon request and are compatible with this helmet.
